Calidus
Oprogramowanie dla energetyki cieplnej

The Calidus information technology system performs the following objectives:

►  Heat network records
Within the highly developed information part, data upon the heat network and heat centers managed by the company are gathered (i.e. entered and modified), and processed (i.e. selected and listed in reports). The scope of data being gather includes, among others:
  • for the network: chamber location, length, diameter, roughness, local resistance, start-up date, and chamber equipment,
  • for heat centers: name, address, proprietor, start-up date, heat requirements, heat center type, equipment (pumps, exchangers, controllers, heat gauges, overflow vessels, slime separators), gauge read-out register.
►  Heat network controlling computations
The computing part of the system serves as a perfect tool for comprehensive analysis and identification of working parameters (hydraulics and heat losses) of heat networks of any degree of complexity.

The system's capabilities reach far beyond a common hydraulic computation program. Our system comprehensively covers the issue of hydraulic and heat computations, and offers access towards text and graphic data. A start-up of the system effectively brings the company's technical information into order, and the system's state-of-the-art architecture guarantees an on-time information delivery wherever it is required. Knowing more about the heat supply system, it is possible to make effective and right decisions, conduct rational heat energy management, and cut down on the heat system's costs of functioning.

The Calidus information technology system is already used in a number of heat energy providers, and it is being constantly improved. The system is used both in big agglomerations (Warsaw, Toruń) and small towns (Bogatynia, Kostrzyn upon Oder), and is highly appreciated by its users. Our other customers are also industrial enterprises, design offices, and housing co-operatives. [More:…]

What is worth emphasis is the fact that, when compared to other solutions available at the market, it is a self-dependent, multi-station application rather than a straightforward overlay on one of the graphic applications. All the necessary components (such as database servicing system, SQL query and report generators, CAD & GIS graphic module) are already contained within the software, so there is no need for any additional expensive purchases.
